pARTus – our kitchen philosophy

Only foodstuffs whose origin can be traced back completely to their origin and for which there is an established relationship of trust with the producers are labelled with this label. Sustainability and emotional enjoyment gain more than one name through our pARTus concept. Our claim is based on a clearly defined set of rules to which our pARTus partners are clearly committed.

In the long term, this gives us a network of top-quality suppliers and, in addition to unsurpassed good flavours, also gives our guests the pleasant feeling of enjoying with a clear conscience. At “pARTus”, in addition to the love of the product, it’s all about the art of dealing with it respectfully-from the origin of the production to the exciting presentation on the gourmet’s plate in our new restaurant Die Wachtelei since March 2014.

Our restaurant has been attracting connoisseurs and gourmets from near and far to idyllic Rotenburg since March 2014. Seasonal cuisine with a regional touch forms the basis of the delicious creations of our chef Daniel Rundholz.

Our winter garden

An idyll with a view of the lovingly landscaped garden awaits you in our winter garden. Through the gracefully curved windows the view wanders to the old alders and the small pond.

Menus

Enjoy Die Wachtelei

We offer you a foretaste of your visit to our restaurant Die Wachtelei with an insight into our menus. We prefer to use local products, which we artfully arrange. These can be found in our pARTus menu as well as in many other places. Most of the herbs used grow in our country house garden and we also compose the spices ourselves. With the greatest respect for the products used, our chef Daniel Rundholz and his team create culinary masterpieces that will turn your visit into a culinary highlight.

Relaxing at the crackling fire

The most convivial place in our hotel is the fireplace bar with our bar chef René Brüsch. Here you never sit alone for long. A nice round is quickly found, the conversations are lively and the laughter of the guests and the sound of the glasses are the most beautiful music.

Classic cocktails, on request also individual favourite creations, a good whisky or simply a cold beer: our fireplace bar between lobby and restaurant is a popular meeting point to start the evening relaxed or to end it with a stimulating conversation.

The rustic ambience in our wine cellar lets you forget the time and the evenings fly by. Our wine cellar is suitable for a cosy dinner for two, a merry round, atmospheric celebrations or however as a cosy conclusion after a relaxed stay in our Wachtelhof-Therme. Visit the wine Cellar.
