Fitness in your spa
Of course, physical activity is an important basis for the health of our body. For this reason, we have decided to set up a fitness studio at the Wachtelhof-Therme in order to provide holistic treatment. The use of our small fitness room, equipped with a crosstrainer, an ergometer and a power tower of the latest generation, is free of charge for each of our spa and house guests.

Let yourself drift under the expansive glass dome of our lagoon bath, relax in one of our various adventure saunas, enjoy romantic hours in our starry sky steam bath or let yourself be pampered with an exclusive massage or cosmetic treatment. In the familiar ambience of the Wachtelhof-Therme, days rich in relaxation and fulfilling experiences are guaranteed.
Sauna sessions are equally healing for body and soul and demonstrably promote our health. In our spa near Hamburg you have three different saunas at your disposal. The warmest sauna with 90 degrees is our Aquaviva adventure sauna. Our sanarium follows with 60 degrees, which provides relaxation with an additional coloured light simulation. The classic steam bath takes you on into an oriental world and, with 45 degrees and a starry sky, creates a magical atmosphere.

After your relaxing sauna session you will find refreshment in our experience shower and enough possibilities to rest. Our relaxation room has heated loungers, while the lawn outside with a direct view of the surrounding nature reserve is another highlight.
