Receptionist (m/f/d)

We are looking for a creative, open-minded and team-oriented colleague (m/f) with experience in reception services for the next possible date. Ideally, you have a very good knowledge of German and English, have already worked with the PMS Fidelio and are always ready to work independently for the success of the hotel.

In addition to guest support, your tasks will also include reservation (channel management, acceptance pricing) and parts of accounting (debtors). As the first contact person for our guests, you act as an interface to all other colleagues in the Wachtelhof team.

This combination offers also in our small hotel a very interesting task in a powerful team. Even if this position is aimed more at applicants with professional experience in the upper hotel sector, you should not hesitate to contact us even if you are just starting your career.
