There are no à la carte dishes on this day, because for the fifth time Daniel Rundholz invites friendly chefs who let the guests look over their shoulders while preparing their specialities. On the 3rd of October, the ground floor of the Wachtelhof will once again be dedicated to the pleasure of cooking.
Among the guests are Eric Popp, chef at Fleming’s Hotel Frankfurt, You-Tuber Zora Klipp and Alex Tognazzi from Bolero in Lucerne/Switzerland. At various live cooking stations, the friends of chef Daniel Rundholz conjure up various main courses to live music with the Lopez Duo in a relaxed atmosphere. The chef of the Wachtelhof is responsible for the starter and dessert. After the presentation of the chefs, finger food and an aperitif, a successful mixture of strolling, tasting, personal conversation with chefs, winemakers and regional specialities, a visit to the Wachtelhof kitchen, shopping in our Wachtelhof PopUp store, wine tasting in the wine cellar and subsequent enjoyment in the restaurant follows.
